1. Returns
We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:
Return Period: You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. If the product has been opened, used, or damaged, it may not be eligible for a return.
Return Authorization: Before returning an item, please contact our customer support team at support@electranaritech.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as digital products, personalized items, and products marked as “Final Sale,” are non-returnable.
2. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the product, excluding shipping fees. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will provide a full refund, including shipping costs. In such cases, we may also offer a replacement product if available.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will guide you through the exchange process, which may involve returning the original item and receiving a new one. Any price differences between the original and exchanged items may be charged or refunded accordingly.
4. Return Shipping Fees
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
5. International Returns
For international returns, the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes. Please contact our customer service team for specific instructions regarding international returns.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@electranaritech.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement, a refund, or other appropriate solutions.
7. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact support@electranaritech.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return address will be provided once the RAN is issued.
8. Exceptions to the Return and Refund Policy
Opened Software/Media: Software, media, or other products that have been opened and are no longer in original packaging are non-returnable unless they are defective.
Customized Products: Personalized or customized products are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.
9. Changes to the Policy
We may update our Refund and Returns Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the updated policy will be effective as of the date listed at the top. Please review this policy regularly for updates.
